Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity in your workspaces. Team members you invite act on your behalf within the role you assign them.

• Credits are consumed when a generation job starts.
• If a job fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits for that job are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

You retain ownership of the brand materials you upload and of the copy and artwork generated for your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any logo, photo, font or product information you upload.

Do not use the studio to create unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing material, to impersonate another brand or person, or to circumvent rate limits and credit accounting. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but generation depends on third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a specific output will meet your expectations.

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will note the date above. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
