Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, email address and authentication identifiers.
• Brand workspace data: logos, colours, fonts, tone settings, product information and any website URL you ask us to scan.
• Generated content: prompts, copy, artwork, revision history and quality check results.
• Usage data: credit transactions, job status, and basic diagnostic logs.

Your brand data is used to produce content for your workspace, keep outputs consistent across campaigns, run quality checks (including Bangla text verification), and maintain your credit balance and history. We do not sell your data.

Generation requests are sent to third-party AI model providers to produce copy and imagery. Only the content needed for the request is transmitted. We do not permit these providers to use your workspace data to train their models where an opt-out is available.

When you supply a URL, we fetch publicly available pages to extract brand signals such as colours, tone and product descriptions. You always review and edit the extracted profile before it is saved.

Workspace data and generated assets are stored for as long as your account is active. Deleting a workspace removes its assets and generation history. Deleting your account removes personal data, except records we must retain for billing and accounting.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per user and per team with row-level security, and administrative actions are logged. See our Security page for more detail.

You can access, export, correct or delete your data from within the studio, or by contacting us. You can also request a copy of the brand profile and generation history associated with your account.
