Signup credits vs. billed monthly credits
Your balance can come from four different sources. Spending order is signup, then monthly, then top-up, then bonus — so your one-time starter credits are always used before anything you pay for.
Signup credits
A one-time starter grant added when you create your account. It is not a subscription, it never renews, and no card is required to use it.
Monthly credits
Included with a paid plan and billed each cycle. They refill on every billing date and unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Top-up credits
Credit packages you buy whenever you need more output. They are separate from your plan and never expire mid-campaign.
Bonus credits
Occasional promotional or support credits. They are spent last, after your other credits are used.
